Description

Ingredients

  • 46 cups fresh or frozen fruit (berries, mango, peaches)
  • 46 Tbsp honey (or sugar substitute)
  • 4 Tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare your fruit by washing, peeling, and chopping if necessary. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add honey and lemon juice to the purée and blend again until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and simmer over low heat for 15–20 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats. Spread the mixture evenly about 1/8-inch thick.
  5. Bake at 170°F (75°C) for 4–6 hours until no longer sticky.
  6. Allow to cool completely before cutting into strips and rolling up.
