  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon garlic and onion seasoning
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ¾ cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons dry ranch dressing mix
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions
