  • 2 cups quick cook grits
  • 8 oz smoked Gouda cheese (shredded)
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 cup Half & Half
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions
