Instructions

  2. In a food processor, combine salmon chunks, grated onion, panko breadcrumbs, cilantro, egg white, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano. Pulse until mixed but chunky.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for about 18 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  5. For the sauce: Mash avocado in a bowl and blend in Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lime juice, water, cilantro, chipotle powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
