Ingredients
- 1.5 lb flank steak
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)

- salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the flank steak with Dijon mustard, garlic, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a plastic bag for at least 2 hours.
