- ½ onion
- 2–3 carrots
- 3–4 cloves garlic
- ½ inch knob ginger
- 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- Mandu dumpling wrappers
Instructions
- Prep the Veggies: Mince the onion, carrots, garlic, ginger, and green onions using a food processor or knife.
- Make the Filling: In a bowl, combine minced veggies with ground beef, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and seasonings. Mix until sticky.
- Assemble: Place a tablespoon of filling on each wrapper. Fold in half and seal securely by wetting edges with water.
- Cook: Steam for about 10 minutes or pan-fry in oil until golden brown.
