  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated)
  • 1 bell pepper (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot (julienned)
  • 1/2 cup snap peas (trimmed)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Slice the beef against the grain and chop vegetables into uniform pieces.
  2. Make the sauce by mixing soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl.
  3. Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
