- For the meringue: 2 egg whites & 100 g white sugar (1/2 cup)
Instructions

- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually combine with wet ingredients.
- Prepare lemon filling by cooking butter, sugar, lemon juice, zest, egg yolks, and salt until thickened.
