- 8 large eggs
- 2 1/2 cups half-and-half
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 18 oz cream cheese, cubed
- Optional: 1/4 cup raw sugar for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the French bread into cubes and place in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, half-and-half, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes and stir gently to coat.
- Add dollops of cream cheese and sprinkle blueberries throughout the mixture; press down slightly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Bake uncovered for 45–50 minutes until golden brown on top.
