Ingredients
- 6 boneless center-cut pork chops
- 1 ½ cups buttermilk
- 2 cups Panko crumbs
- â…“ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Marinate the pork chops in buttermilk for at least 2 hours (or overnight) in a large ziptop bag.
- Preheat your oven to 325°F.
