  • 6 boneless center-cut pork chops
  • 1 ½ cups buttermilk
  • 2 cups Panko crumbs
  • â…“ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Marinate the pork chops in buttermilk for at least 2 hours (or overnight) in a large ziptop bag.
  2. Preheat your oven to 325°F.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine Panko crumbs, flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Remove the pork chops from the marinade and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  5. Coat each chop in the Panko mixture.
  6. Heat olive oil in an oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork chops until golden brown on both sides (about 2–3 minutes per side).
  7. Pour chicken broth into the skillet and sprinkle additional Parmesan on top of each chop before transferring to the oven.
  8. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
