  • 1 box graham crackers (about 1214 full crackers)
  • 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Layer graham crackers in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together instant pudding mix and milk until smooth; set aside to thicken.
  3. Spread half of the apple pie filling over the graham crackers followed by half of the pudding mixture.
  4. Repeat with another layer of graham crackers, remaining apple filling, and pudding mixture.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form; spread over the cake.
