  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup bacon bits
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease or line a muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
  3. In another bowl, combine milk, melted butter, and eggs until well mixed.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, sausage, bacon bits, Parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes if desired.
  6. Fill muffin cups about two-thirds full with batter.
  7. Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown; a toothpick should come out clean.
  8. Cool for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
