Ingredients
- 6 medium flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp butter

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Lay each tortilla flat and evenly spread the filling over them. Roll tightly and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté additional garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
- Pour the garlic cream sauce over the rolled tortillas and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15 to 18 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
