  • 6 medium flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  2. Lay each tortilla flat and evenly spread the filling over them. Roll tightly and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté additional garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
  4. Pour the garlic cream sauce over the rolled tortillas and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15 to 18 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with fresh parsley sprinkled on top.
