Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, rolled oats, applesauce (or grated apple), egg, cinnamon, honey (if using), baking powder, and salt. Mix well until combined.
  3. Allow the batter to sit for 5 minutes.
