  • â…“ C. Green onions, chopped
  • 1 ½ C. Heavy whipping cream
  • 2 C. Whole milk
  • 3 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Tomato paste
  • 8 oz. Cooked shrimp, cut into pieces
  • 8 oz. Crab meat
  • 1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Sauté celery and green onions until softened (3-4 minutes).
  3. Stir in flour and cook for another minute.
  4. Warm the milk in the microwave, then whisk it into the saucepan until smooth.
  5. Add heavy cream, tomato paste, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper; stir well.
  6. Simmer on low until thickened (about 10 minutes).
  7. Add shrimp and crab; heat through for 3-5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with fresh parsley garnish.
