- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Tomato paste
- 8 oz. Cooked shrimp, cut into pieces
- 8 oz. Crab meat
- 1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Sauté celery and green onions until softened (3-4 minutes).
- Stir in flour and cook for another minute.
- Warm the milk in the microwave, then whisk it into the saucepan until smooth.
- Add heavy cream, tomato paste, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper; stir well.
- Simmer on low until thickened (about 10 minutes).
- Add shrimp and crab; heat through for 3-5 minutes.
- Serve hot with fresh parsley garnish.
