Ingredients

  • 4 ounces canned cooked crab meat
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (reserve 2 tablespoons)
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (reserve 1 teaspoon)
  • 1/8 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/8 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (188°C) using the “Bake” setting.
  2. In a large bowl, mix crab meat, garlic powder, white pepper, sugar, salt, and Worcestershire sauce until combined.
  3. In another bowl, blend cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  4. Fold the crab mixture into the cream cheese mixture along with some reserved green onions.
  5. Transfer to a small cast iron skillet and top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  6. Air fry for about 7 minutes or until golden brown.
