- 4 ounces canned cooked crab meat
- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (reserve 2 tablespoons)
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (reserve 1 teaspoon)
- 1/8 cup mayonnaise
- 1/8 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (188°C) using the “Bake” setting.
- In a large bowl, mix crab meat, garlic powder, white pepper, sugar, salt, and Worcestershire sauce until combined.
- In another bowl, blend cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Fold the crab mixture into the cream cheese mixture along with some reserved green onions.
- Transfer to a small cast iron skillet and top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Air fry for about 7 minutes or until golden brown.
