  • 4 oz Brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toothpicks or kitchen twine

Instructions

  3. Stuff each pocket with 1 oz of Brie and 2 tbsp of cranberry sauce.
  4. Secure openings with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
  5. Season the outside with garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  6. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and sear each breast for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
