  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast (shredded)
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 green onions (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Steam or blanch cauliflower florets until just tender (about 5-7 minutes). Drain well and pat dry.
  3. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Add cauliflower florets and mix to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper.
