- 80 g mozzarella cheese, grated
- 2 large eggs
- 150 g baby spinach
- 200 g champignon mushrooms, sliced
- 100 g mozzarella fior di latte, torn into pieces
- 30 g Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). In a mixing bowl, combine grated potatoes with salt, pepper, oregano, eggs, parsley, and mozzarella cheese.
