Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon ground paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 garlic cloves, finely grated or minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, cumin, paprika, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and other spices.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (up to overnight).
- Preheat your grill or oven; grill chicken for 5-6 minutes per side or roast at 425°F for about 25-30 minutes.
