  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 16 oz gnocchi
  • 5 tbsp ricotta cheese
  • 2.5 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Seasonings: garlic powder, sea salt, black pepper, dried basil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté diced onion until translucent (3–4 minutes), then add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  2. Add ground turkey to the skillet; break apart as it cooks. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned (5–7 minutes).
  3. Pour in marinara sauce and chicken broth; stir well and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add gnocchi to the skillet; cover and let simmer until the gnocchi floats (5–7 minutes).
  5. Remove from heat, top with dollops of ricotta cheese and sprinkle with dried basil before serving.
