- 1 cup white sugar

- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla flavoring (for mousse topping)
- 2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar (for mousse topping)
- 1/2 cup softened cream cheese (4 ounces, for mousse topping)
- 4 ounces melted white chocolate baking squares
- 1 tablespoon confectioners’ sugar (for mousse topping)
- Seeds from a vanilla bean or 1-2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste (for mousse topping)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine crust ingredients and press into a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and cool.
- 2. Beat filling ingredients until smooth and pour over the cooled crust; bake for 28 minutes. Let cool in the oven for an hour.
