  • 3/4 Cup water
  • 4 Tbsp. honey
  • 4 Scoops Vital Proteins Beef Gelatin
  • 2 Tbsp. Gaia Black Elderberry Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. Vitamin C Crystals

Instructions

  1. Prepare silicone gummy bear molds on a baking sheet.
  2. In a small saucepan, mix grape juice concentrate, water, and honey; warm gently until steaming.
  3. Remove from heat; whisk in gelatin one scoop at a time until fully dissolved.
  4. Stir in elderberry syrup and vitamin C crystals until smooth.
  5. Fill molds carefully using a dropper or spoon.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes to set.
  7. Remove gummies from molds and store in an airtight container.
