  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until combined.
