- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
- 1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until combined.
- In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
