Description

  • 1 package pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage crumbles
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangular shape on a floured surface.
  3. Spread marinara sauce over the dough, leaving about an inch border.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  5. Layer pepperoni, sausage, bell peppers, and onions over the cheese.
  6. Sprinkle Italian seasoning across the filling.
  7. Roll the dough tightly from one edge into a log shape and seal well.
  8. Place seam side down on the baking sheet; brush with egg wash if desired.
  9. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving warm.
