  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • 2 cups fresh spinach or kale (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, sauté chopped onion in olive oil until softened. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  2. Stir in bite-sized chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown.
  3. Pour in chicken broth along with thyme and basil. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to simmer for 10–15 minutes.
