  • 6 tbsp lemon juice
  • 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Spices: ground coriander, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat cod fillets dry and coat them in a mixture of flour and spices (coriander, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes).
  3. Mix lemon juice and olive oil in a bowl; add minced garlic.
  4. Place the coated cod in a baking dish, pour sauce over it, and dot with butter.
  5. Bake for about 10 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
