  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (shaved)
  • 1/2 cup croutons (optional)
  • 4 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled optional)

Instructions

  1. Toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic. Season to taste.
  3. Warm tortillas in a skillet. Spread Caesar dressing on each tortilla, then add grilled shrimp, chopped romaine lettuce, and additional toppings if desired.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly from the bottom up. Slice in half to serve.
