Ingredients

- 3 tbsp unflavored gelatin
- Optional: natural food coloring for brightness
Instructions
- Blend the peaches, apple juice, lemon juice, and honey until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat over medium-low.
- Sprinkle gelatin over the warm mixture, stirring constantly until fully dissolved.
- If desired, add natural food coloring for enhanced color.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm.
- Gently remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
