Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen peaches (peeled and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup apple juice or water
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 23 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 3 tbsp unflavored gelatin
  • Optional: natural food coloring for brightness

Instructions

  1. Blend the peaches, apple juice, lemon juice, and honey until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat over medium-low.
  3. Sprinkle gelatin over the warm mixture, stirring constantly until fully dissolved.
  4. If desired, add natural food coloring for enhanced color.
  5. Pour the mixture into silicone molds and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm.
  6. Gently remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
