  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or vegan honey alternative
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste (or red pepper flakes)
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro

Instructions

  2. Boil the sweet potato slices in salted water for 8–10 minutes until fork-tender, then drain and cool slightly.

  5. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through until crispy and golden.
