  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chicken in olive oil with salt and pepper until golden brown; remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add honey and remaining black pepper; simmer until thickened.
  4. Return chicken to the skillet and coat in the glaze.
  5. In a saucepan over low heat, simmer heavy cream and whisk in cheeses until smooth.
  6. Stir macaroni into cheese sauce and fold in honey pepper chicken.
  7. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
