  • 1 pound medium shells pasta
  • 1 pound imitation crab meat (flake style)
  • 1 ¾ cups mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 ½ teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • ½ cup chopped red onion
  • 1 medium red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 cup frozen peas (thawed)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, sugar, and dill. Refrigerate to blend flavors.
  2. Cook the medium shells pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water until cooled completely.
  3. Chop the celery and bell pepper; slice the imitation crab into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the imitation crab, celery, red onion, bell pepper, and thawed peas. Add the cooled pasta and mix well.
  5. Pour the prepared dressing over the salad mixture and gently stir to coat evenly.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
