  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (chopped)
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded, divided)

Instructions
