  • 3 cans sauerkraut (14 oz each, drained)
  • Kosher salt (to taste)
  • 3 lb bone-in pork ribs (about 23 inches thick)
  • Fresh cracked pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and drain the sauerkraut.
  2. Heat oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Sear pork ribs until browned on all sides (4-5 minutes each side) and set aside.
