- ⅔ cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–5 lemons)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- For the crust, mix flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, salt, and baking powder in a bowl. Stir in melted butter until crumbly. Press into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool slightly.

- Pour filling over the cooled crust and bake for an additional 30 minutes until set.
