Instructions
- In a non-stick pan over medium heat, add olive oil and cooked chickpeas. Season with cumin, paprika, and salt; cook for 5–7 minutes until slightly crispy.
- Warm pita breads in a toaster or oven for about 1–2 minutes.
- On each warmed pita, distribute the chickpea mixture evenly.
- Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, crumbled feta cheese, and drizzle with tahini sauce.
- Fold gently to form tacos and serve immediately.
