Ingredients
- 15 Maria cookies (or 1 cup graham cracker crumbs)

- Zest of 1 lime
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 7 oz guava paste (about 3 wedges)
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by combining crushed cookies with melted butter in a mixing bowl; press firmly into muffin tins or serving cups.
- Beat softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth; add sugar, vanilla, lime juice, and zest and mix well.
