Ingredients
- 20 large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 4 medium zucchini (spiralized into noodles)
- 3–4 garlic cloves (finely minced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp red chili flakes
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add minced garlic and red chili flakes; sauté for 40-60 seconds until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet, pour in lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp from pan.
