- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 2 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons heavy cream
Instructions
- Prepare peach filling by combining cubed peaches, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
- Make the dough by mixing water, bread flour, sugar, yeast, salt, milk, heavy cream, egg, tangzhong, and vanilla until smooth.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface until elastic; let rise until doubled (90 minutes).
