- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup halved maraschino cherries

- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2–2.5 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp almond extract
