  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 package chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk (for pudding)
  • 1/2 cup Cool Whip (for chocolate layer)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for raspberry layer)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Cool Whip (for raspberry layer)
  • 1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into an 8×8 Pyrex dish and freeze for 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare chocolate pudding with half the recommended milk. Fold in 1/2 cup Cool Whip and spread over the crust. Freeze for another 10-15 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, blend cream cheese, sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in raspberries and remaining Cool Whip. Spread this mixture over the chocolate layer.
  4. Top with any remaining Cool Whip and chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours before serving.
