  • 2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced

  • 1 cup granulated sugar (or honey)
  • 4 cups water (sparkling water for a fizzy version)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Wash raspberries under cold water. Slice peaches into thin wedges.
  2. Blend raspberries and peaches until smooth. Strain if desired.
  3. In a pitcher, mix fruit puree with lemon juice and sugar until dissolved.
  4. Add four cups of water, mixing thoroughly. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving over ice, garnished with mint leaves.
