  • 1 cup diced jicama (or apple)

  • 1 avocado (diced)

Instructions

  1. Chop shrimp into bite-sized pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, lime juice, and orange juice. Pour half over the shrimp and let marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes, jalapeños, jicama, cilantro, and red onion to the shrimp mixture. Toss gently; marinate for an additional 10 minutes.
