  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup chopped shrimp
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 24 oz Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Minced garlic, salt, and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on each noodle, add filling at one end, and roll up tightly. Place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden.
