  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 3 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper, more to taste
  • 1/2 tsp salt, more to taste
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper (for a touch of heat)
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil, divided

Instructions

  1. Season shrimp with seafood seasoning; sauté in a skillet until curled; set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, brown hamburger meat and ground pork sausage until cooked through.
