  • ½ pound cooked lobster meat, chopped

  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 1½ cups seafood stock (or chicken stock)
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (for biscuits)
  • ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic, onion, and celery until soft. Stir in flour to create a roux.
  3. Gradually whisk in seafood stock and cream; cook until thickened. Season with Old Bay, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add shrimp and lobster; cook until shrimp are pink.
  5. In a separate bowl, prepare biscuit dough by mixing flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, butter, cheddar cheese, and milk until just combined.
  6. Spoon the seafood mixture into ramekins or a baking dish and top with biscuit dough.
