- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 16 oz cottage cheese
- avocado oil spray
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp paprika
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1.5 tsp paprika
- 1.5 tsp chili powder
- 1.5 tsp garlic powder
- 1.5 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 large avocado
- crushed red pepper
- hot honey
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Dice sweet potatoes and toss with avocado oil spray and seasonings. Air fry for 18 minutes until crispy.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes. Drain fat and add spices; cook for another 30 seconds.
