- Lime juice
Instructions
- Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear. Combine with water in a saucepan and bring to boil. Reduce heat to low and cover; cook for 15 minutes. Let sit covered for another 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix salt, rice vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil; fold into cooled rice.
- Shape the rice into rectangles using a sushi mat lined with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Mix chopped ahi tuna with kewpie mayonnaise, Sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, and lime juice.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry the rice rectangles until golden brown on both sides (about 2-3 minutes each).
- Top fried rice pieces with spicy tuna mixture and garnish with avocado slices.
