  • 1 pound beef steak (diced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente (7-8 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sauté diced steak until browned (5-7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté bell peppers and onions until softened (4-5 minutes).
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in whole milk followed by garlic powder, onion powder, and shredded cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Combine cooked macaroni and steak with the cheese sauce, folding gently to coat.
