  • Salt and freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (2 for garlic butter, 2 for creamy sauce)
  • 6 cloves garlic (4 for garlic butter, 2 for creamy sauce)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Cracked black pepper and crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak cubes dry and season with salt and pepper. Let sit at room temperature for 20–30 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over high heat. Sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet.
